Returns Policy
1. Returns & Exchanges Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our tallow-based skincare, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or the seal is broken. This ensures the safety and purity of the products for all our customers.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged (e.g., a cracked jar) or you received the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please email a photo of the damaged item and the packaging to [Your Email].
We will gladly replace the item or offer a full refund for the product at no extra shipping cost to you.
3. Skin Sensitivity & Results We always recommend performing a small patch test before full use, as every skin type is unique. As we use 100% natural, grass-fed tallow and botanical infusions, we cannot offer refunds based on personal preference (scent/texture) or individual skin reactions.
4. Cancellations Orders can be cancelled for a full refund as long as they have not yet been dispatched. Once a tracking number has been issued, the order is considered final.
